You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason or none. There are no conditions or exceptions: it does not matter whether you have downloaded the file.

To request a refund, message our live chat on your order page or e-mail support@dvproacademy.com. We refund the full price to your original payment method; there is no need to contact your bank.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision. We use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction; you will not incur any fees as a result.
